This album defined an era. People do write about it's influence - but it seriously goes beyond just Melbourne or Australia. For me - I was a teenager when this came out and I barely ever left my bedroom but this music and reading zines like Distort made me feel like there was a movement out there. A decade or so on from this albums release and I dare say that this music continues to push boundaries and set the benchmark for a modern punk sound - a lifestyle and ethos.

This was the last king gizz album I've had to listen to, westerns aren't quite my thing, so I kept putting it off for a WHILE, but damn it's worth listening to. It's a unique and fun little adventure separate from the rest of their discog.
